2. Services Provided
Nexo Global Logistics provides a logistics platform connecting sellers, warehouses, carriers, and agents. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
3. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about goods, receiver addresses, and complying with export/import laws. Sending prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal goods is strictly forbidden.
4. Payments and Fees
Service fees and shipping rates will be calculated based on Nexo Global Logistics' current tariff or individual contract agreements. Customers commit to pay all invoices in full and on time.
5. Limitation of Liability
Nexo Global Logistics is not liable for indirect, incidental damages or events of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, flight delays due to weather or local customs clearance).
